OUR HISTORY
2014
Emmanuel Petit founded Eklo, supported by the co-founders of the Accor Group, Paul Dubrule and Gérard Pélisson, and opened the first two sites in Le Havre and Le Mans.

Eklo Paris Porte de Versailles
Construction of a new building at the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center
Development of 304 rooms over more than 6,500 sqm with a panoramic restaurant of 300 sqm on the top floor, including an outdoor rooftop terrace.
Operation carried out in BEFA, led by VIPARIS, completed in February 2024

Rehabilitation of an office building near the Gare Saint Roch in Montpellier
