Eklo: a concept in full development

Since its creation in 2014, the Eklo group has continued to grow and establish itself in new destinations throughout France. We have opened seven hotels so far and we expect to have 40 establishments in 10 years. What are the keys to this rapid growth? What are our current projects? Here is an overview of our development…

A proven concept

With seven hotels in operation, the last of which has just opened its doors in Toulouse on June 13th, Eklo proves that its concept of ecological, economical and lifestyle-oriented hotels is well in tune with the times and meets the expectations of today’s travellers from all over the world. We have chosen hotels that are open to their neighbourhoods, creating entertainment and interactions between residents and visitors. Each of these establishments demonstrate and constantly reaffirm their own identities, with unique designs, the participation of local artists, and rooms adapted to all types of guests… The Eklo group intends to continue in this direction!

Current projects…

Five new hotels are already under construction, always close to the centre of their urban environments and well connected to public transport networks. The Eklo Lyon will be ready to welcome its first visitors in October 2022 and the 150-room Roissy opens in January 2023. Montpellier will be our first restructuring project, repurposing an office building in the very heart of the city. Finally, an ambitious Parisian project will keep us particularly busy in 2023, with the opening planned before the 2024 Olympic Games of the Paris Parc des Expo, which will offer 300 rooms and a beautiful restaurant with a rooftop terrace. The Porte de Versailles will be the location for this lifestyle-oriented, eco-friendly hotel.
